The staff were really kind from arrival to departure...

Everything was fabulous, with affable staff and outstanding views of the surrounding mountains. the double room was incredible and perfect for our needs. the clean bathroom featured a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets for our convenience. Plus, the hotel's central location made it easy to access public transportation.

Such wonderful overall experience. Top quality place with gorgeous rooms. Extremely friendly staff on reception and elsewhere. Located in 10 minutes' walk from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station. Welcoming service and good value. Everything perfect.

Sadly, the hotel lacked essential facilities. the heating was inefficient, and the air-conditioner didn't work as expected.
